These "Fill-Ups" Are Free

Children of light expend a lot of energy on a regular basis. They are sending out healing energy on a subconscious level throughout the day, it is their nature. It is important to fill them with clear, rainbow light energy on a regular basis. They need regular "energy fill-ups" and the good news is that there's plenty of light energy to go around. So fill your child up often because it's free.
The best way to conduct an energy fill-up is to place the child in a quiet setting, they prefer outdoors, and allow them to center. The child should face the North direction when this fill-up is conducted. Create a sacred space, however you choose to do so. A good way is to call in the spirits of the four directions and the elements. Place your hands on the top of the child's head. Invite the child's angels and spiritual guides to assit you. Ask that they bring in pure, crystal light to replenish the child and restore them to their innate, vibratory state.
The child will naturally breathe this light into their center. It feels familiar to them. The color of the light is rainbow opalescent. Repeat this process for every color of the rainbow. A fun way to allow the child to participate, as you call each color into their aura, is to have them say each color aloud and name something that is that color. This allows the child to make a visual connection to the color and it's feeling tone. Some children may be able to see the colored light filling their aura.
When the energy fill-up is complete, it is important that you ask the child's angels and guides to provide a protective shield of light that will travel with the child throughout the day. This shield will allow only love to penetrate and reflect all negative energy back to the Source light, where it will be transmuted for the highest good. Upon completion, the child turns in a clockwise direction until they feel that the energy has "awakened" them. This is usually around 3 turns. This exercise can be done on a daily basis, or whenever the child seems drained, sluggish, or tempermental.
Parents of light also need to replenish their energy on a regular basis. They are naturally inclined to give loving energy to their children 24 hours a day without consciously thinking about it. This may seem like something that all parents do, and it is, to a certain extent. However, Parents of light know, even if subconciously, that their children are sensitive because they are often sensitive themselves. Therefore they subconsciously provide an energetic cushion for their children to experience the world through, hoping to protect them from harmful energies.
There is a way to energetically protect your child without draining your own energy. You may call upon the Goddess Artemis, or which ever deiti wishes to show up for your child, to surround them with their [color] light of protection. Visualize the light being wrapped around your child and thank Goddess Artemis, or other deiti, for their assistance. You may also place your left hand on your heart center and your right hand upon your child's heart center and say, "my heart travels with you today, you are protected from any energies lesser then my love...anchor, anchor, anchor." Visualize a white ray of light extending from your heart center to your childs, and a bubble of light encircling your child.
